Show Barns and Covered Arena from West

The Pierce College Equine Center is located on the west side of the Los Angeles Pierce College campus in Woodland Hills, California.  The facility is minutes from the 101 and 118 freeways, major Southern California transportation arteries, and is within easy reach of surrounding communities with substantial, and varied, horse populations.  Major hotels, restaurants and shopping centers are easily accessed just minutes from the facility.

The Equine Science program offers classes for students who are interested in careers in the horse industry.  Enterprise events are great opportunities for students to learn about management practices first hand.

We host equestrian competitions, ranch sorting/team penning, seminars, clinics and non-horse events such as dog shows.  Please inquire about leasing the facility for your event.  We would love to work with you.

Current facilities include a covered riding arena perfect for clinics, three outdoor arenas with warm up areas adjacent and two 20 stall show barns.  Additional facilities include an air conditioned freestanding show office, an 18-stall mare-motel, five pipe corals with covers and three horse paddocks (in use for school horses from September through May.)  See Facility Description for specific details.

The North section is available for horse trailer parking, additional portable stalls, participant R.V.s and spectator parking.  This huge area has a decomposed granite surface, electrical connections and water bibs.  The two show barns include men's and women's restrooms with showers, wash racks and cross ties.  Additional restroom facilities are located adjacent to Arena 3.  See Facility Gallery for pics.
